STEAMED FISH

STEAM FISH

3 ikan kembung (mackerel) or any fish you like
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp ginger paste
1 stalk chinese celery,pick
1-2 red cilli,sliced
Sauce mix to-gather and taste
2 tbsp oysters sauce
2-3 tbsp lime juice,or to taste
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp thick soy sauce
1- tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp corn flour
5-6 cilli padi(birdeye cilli) chopped, if you like it very hot
1/3 cup water,more if needed
Salt to taste

1. Rub the fish with the paste and place the fish in  heat proof dish. Pour the sauce on the fish and steam until cooked. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with the celery and cilli. Serve hot with rice.
