VEGETARIAN CABBAGE IN COCONUT MILK

CABBAGE IN COCONUT MILK

300gm cabbage,sliced
150gm vegetarian chicken,sliced into 2
400ml thick coconut milk
Salt and a pinch of sugar
(A)
2 tbsp oil
1 onion,finely sliced
1 red chili,sliced
2 garlic,pound coarsely

1. heat oil and add A fry until onion turn light brown.
2. Add the cabbage and vegetarian chicken stir well
3. Pour in the coconut milk and add salt and sugar to taste. Let it boil. Remove and serve. (Don't let the cabbage cook for long)
