MASH BRINJAL IN MAYONAISE
 
 
300 gm brinjal
 
1 big onion,sliced finely
 
1 green chilie,sliced finely
 
1 tsp sugar
 
1/2 tsp salt
 
1 tsp lime juice
 
4-5 tbsp. mayonnaise
 
1. Heat oven to 180c. Cut the brinjals into haft and rub some oil and arrange them on a tray. Bake until cooked. When cold remove the skin and put the brinjals in a bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Serve cold.
