SOY SAUCE EGGS



SOY SAUCE EGGS

4 eggs,fry one by one into a well cooked bulleye.

1 big Holland onion,cut into thick sliced

3 garlic, pounded coarsely

3 cm ginger, sliced finely.

1-2 red or green chilies,sliced

4 tbsp thick sweet soy sauce

1 tbsp oil

1 cup water

1 tsp cornflour,mix with a little water

Aji no moto,to taste, if you like

Salt if needed

1.    Heat the oil and fry the onion,ginger,chilie and garlc till the fragrant.

2.    Add in the water,soy sauce and aji no moto mix well and let it comes to a boil. Mix in the cornflour mixer and mix well.

3.    Taste it if you think you need to add salt then add it. Add in fried eggs and mix well. Remove from the heat and serve.
