YAM AND VEGETARIAN MUTTON STEW

250gm vegetarian mutton,mix with a little hp sauce and corn flour fry until golden brown.

200gm yam,remove skin and cut into cube and fry until brown.

1 large onion,quartered

500ml water

3 tbsp vegetarian oysters sauce

1 tsp soy sauce

Ground black pepper and salt to taste

Mix togather 1 tsp corn flour and 1/3 cup water.

1. Boil water and add in all the ingredients expect the yam when the onions and the mutton are cooked add in the yam and stir well.

2. Cook until the water reduced, Add in the corn flour mixture and stir well. Let it boil and remove from the heat and serve hot with rice
.
