POMELO SALAD

POMELO SALAD


1/2 pomelo slice a circular patch off the top of the pomelo about 2 cm deep(roughly the thickness of the skin). Next,score six deep lines from top to bottom,dividing the skin into six segments. Peel away each piece of skin. Remove any remaining pith ans separate the segments of the fruit.

250gm prawns,boil until cooked and remove the skin and vein.

2 red and green chilies,sliced

2 big onions,finely sliced

1/3 cup pound peanuts

Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup chili sauce

2 tsp lime juice,if you like it sour

Salt and sugar to taste.

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly,before serving.
