FRIED TEMPEH

FRIED TEMPEH


300gm tempeh,cut into cubes and fried,keep aside

30gm ikan billis,fried and keep aside

1 tbsp oysters sauce

1 tsp sugar

Salt to taste

(A)

2 tbsp oil.

1 big onion,sliced

4 green chilis or chili padi,sliced

2 garlic,pounded


1. Heat the oil and add in A fry until fragrant. Add in the sauce,sugar and salt stir well.

2. Add in the fried tempeh and ikan billis stir to mix. Remove from the heat. Serve with rice.
