CHICKEN RASAM WTH RADISH

 
 
 
CHICKEN RASAM
 
 
 
500 gm chicken
 
250 gm radish
 
150 gm tomato
 
1 big onion,cut into cubes
 
20-30 gm tamarind,or to your taste squeeze in 1 cup water and sieve.
 
1 litre water
 
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
 
1/4 tsp coriander powder
 
A pinch asafoetida
 
2 stalk kari leaves
 
Salt to taste
 
To be pounded:
 
8 pips garlic
 
1 tbsp. cumins,seeds
 
1/2 tbsp black pepper
 
 Heat the water and when water start to boil add in the all the ingredients. And cook until the chicken is cooked and the radish is tender.
