PINEAPPLE TARTS


350g butter or margarine


100g condensed milk

 

2 tbsp milk powder

 
510g plain flour

 
2 egg yolks

1 egg yolk +1tsp milk, for egg wash



Method

1. Cream butter and condensed milk till light.


2. Add in egg yolk one at a time, and beat until combine.


3. Mix in flour and the milk power, mix till become a soft and not sticky dough.

 

NOTE; THIS IS THE BASIS PINEAPPLE TART PASTRY. YOU CAN CUT THIS PASTRY WITH ANY KIND OF TART CUTTET OR MOULD  AS YOU LIKE
