REMPEYEK

500 gm rice flour, use blended rice flour

blend in a paste;

1 tbsp coriander seeds

1 tbsp fennel seeds

1 egg

10 small onion

10 garlic

3 cup (250mlcup) coconut

milk, you need more or less.

1 tsp salt

1 tsp chicken stok

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp air kapur

Ikan bilis

Peanuts

Oil for frying

1.    In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and . pour the coconut milk little by little till you get the right consistent. No so thick not so thin.

Heat the oil and put in the rempeyek mould in it to get it hot. Take and pour in the batter and put some peanuts and ikan bilis on top and slowly  put into the hot oil.  Fry till golden brown.
