BELACAN FRIED LADIES FINGER


400gm ladies fingers,sliced
20 small prawns
10 tbsp water
Salt and a bit of sugar to taste
3-4 tbsp oil
Grind (A)
15 dried chilli,remove seeds and soaked
6 shallot
2 garlic
2cm belacan
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tomato

1. Heat oil and fry A till the oil rise add in the water,sugar,salt and ladies finger fry until the ladies finger is cooked.
2. Remove from the heat and serve with rice.
