JACKFRUIT PAYASAM


250gm green beans
10 cup of water,more or less
(A)
50gm sago
1 cup coconut milk
170gm sugar,or to taste
1/2 tsp of cardamon powder
1/2 tsp of ginger powder(suku)
Salt to taste
(B)
300gm jackfruit,finely sliced


1. Boil the the green beans with water until cooked,add more water if needed.
2. Add A and boil until the sago is cooked,add the jackfruit and stir well let it came to a boil. Remove from the heat.
