ANCHOVIES FRIED RICE

ANCHOVIES FRIED RICE

200gm cooked cold rice
60gm cabbage,cut
20gm achovies,fried
1 eggs,Scrabble
1/2 medium onion,sliced finely
1/2 red chili,sliced
1 tsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp oil
Salt if needed
Pounded to-gather coarsely
1/2 onion
1 garlic
1/2 red chili
10 gm anchovies
A little water

1. Heat the oil and add in the sliced onion and fry until light brown.
2. Add in the pounded ingredients,red chili.oyster sauce and a little water and stir fry until fragrant.
3. Add in the cabbage and fry until 1/2 cooked add in the rice,anchovies and the scrabble eggs and stir fry until well mix and dry. Remove from the heat and serve. This recipe serves one person.
