VEGETARIAN FRIED RICE

VEGETARIAN FRIED RICE

500gm cooked cold rice

100gm vegetarian chicken,sliced

100gm carrot,cut in to small cubes

30gm tin green peas,or more

1 big onion,sliced finely

1 -2 red chili,sliced finely

2 garlic,pound

2 tbsp vegetarian oysters sauce

3 tbsp oil

Salt to taste

1. Heat oil and add in the garlic,onion and chili fry until fragrant.

2. When the onion turn brown add in the vegetarian chicken and carrot add a little water to cooked the carrot.

3. When carrots are cooked add in the sauces and salt stir well and add in the rice and peas stir fried well over a high heat. until well mix. Serve hot.
