VEGETARIAN MEEHOON

VEGETARIAN MEEHOON


250gm meehoon,soaked in water until soft,drain

10 pieces vegetarian mutton,sliced

60gm beansprout

60gm chinese chives,cut

1/2 big onion,sliced

3 garlic,chopped

1 red chili, sliced

2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce


1 cup water

2 tbsp oil

Salt and a bit of sugar to taste

1. Heat oil and fry the garlic,onion and the chili until fragrant.

2. Add the Vegetarian mutton and sauce stir fry for 2 mints,add the salt,sugar and water stir well and let it cames to a boil.

3. When the sauce is boiling add in the meehoon and stir until the water dries up add the chives and beansprout stir well. Don't let the vegetables to be over cook. Remove from the heat. Serve hot with chili sauce.
