GREEN BEANS CURRY

GREEN BEAN CURRY

(A)

11/2 cup green beans,soaked for 2 hours

4 green chili,sliced

6 garlic,remove skin and cut into 2

3cm ginger,chopped finely

1 tbsp cumis seeds

1 tsp turmeric powder

2 litre water

(B)

500gm potatoes,remove skin and cut into cubes

2 tomato,cut

1 tsp cumins powder

1 cup think coconut milk

Salt to taste

For tempering (C)

4 dry chili,broken into pieces

1 big onion,sliced finely

3 stalk kari leaves

1 tsp mustard seeds

1 tsp ulutham paruppu

3-4 tbsp oil

1. Add  ingredients  A in a pot and cook until the beans are well cooked and soft. And when the water reduces a bit.

2. Add in B and let it boil over a low heat.

3. Mean while heat oil in a another pan and fry C until the onion turn brown, pour into the green bean and stir well. and cooked until the potatoes are well cooked.
