FRIED TAU FOO
Oil for frying
(A)
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp meat curry powder
1 tsp chinese 5 spices powder or garam masala
Salt and sugar to your taste
(B)
1/2 tbsp flour
1. Mix tau foo with A and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
2. Heat the oil, and mix tau foo well in B and fry in the hot oil until light brown.
3. Garnish with fried kari leaves and serve with rice.
