KUIH BEKO



KUIH BEKO

1 cup grated coconut

1 cup glutinous rice flour

¼ cup sugar or to your taste

1 cup water

1 egg

¼ tsp salt

oil

Mix all the ingredients then pour water little by little till you get a not so thick and so watery batter.

Heat a kuih cara pan and add a little oil into the holes and pour in the batter. Cover and cook till done  turn the kuih upside down and  let it get a bit brown. Remove from the pan and serve.
