PANDAN HALWA

PANDAN HALWA

(A)


150gm tang meen flour,is flour were the gluten has been removed.

250gm sugar,or to taste

300ml pandan juice

300ml water

2 tbsp ground cashewnuts

A pinch of salt

(B)

80 -100gm ghee

1. Mix A in a pot and stirring continuously over a low heat until thick.

2. Add in the ghee little by little until it looks clear.

3. Spread in a greased tray and let it cool.Before cutting. Top with cashewnuts.
