EGGLESS PINEAPPLE MUFFINS


EGGLESS PINEAPPLE MUFFINS


180 gm flour

2 tsp double action baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp castor sugar

300ml condensed milk

2 tbsp milk powder

1 cup water

2 tbsp vinegar

1/3 pineapple essence

1/2 cup melted butter

250 gm tin pineapple,chopped and squeezed out the juice.

150 gm raisin,chopped

Preheat oven 160c

Arrange paper muffin cups in a muffin tray


1. Sieve together the flour,baking powder and the soda.

2. Mix in all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

3. Add in the pineapple and raisin mix well. Spoon the batter into the paper cups and bake until done.
