STEAM BANANA CUP CAKE (APAM PISANG)






STEAM BANANA CUP CAKE

 
1/2 cup mashed banana
 
1/2 cup corn oil
 
1/3 cup condensed milk
 
60 gm brown sugar
 
2 eggs,beaten
 
1 tbsp caster sugar
 
1 tbsp milk powder
 
1 cup flour,sifted
 
1 tsp double action baking powder
 
1/2 tsp soda
 
1/4 tsp salt
 
1/3 tsp Banana essence
 
A little milk or water if needed
 
Papper cups
 
Heat a steamer with water and bring it to boil. Mix all in dry ingredients and mix well add in the wet ingredients accept the water or milk. Mix well if you think the batter is very thick then add in the water or milk and make into a thick batter. Don't mix too long. Pour into the cups and steam them for 20 mints.
