SARANG SEMUT COOKIES


SARANG SEMUT COOKIES

300 gm butter

125 gm castor sugar

300 gm custard flour, sift

200 gm corn flour, sift

3 tbsp milk powder

2 egg yolk

1 tsp vanilla essences

Chocolate rice

Small paper cups

1.    Combine butter and castor sugar beat until creamy. Add in the egg yolks and beat well. Add in the vanilla and mix well.

2.    Add in the custard and corn flour mix well to form a not so soft dough. Divide the dough into 3 pieces.

3.    Grate the dough into a tray. Spoon the grated dough into the paper cups. Make sure they are full.

4.    Sprinkle the chocolate rice on the top. bake in a preheated oven for 160c for 20 minutes.
