CAULIFLOWER FRITTERS

CAULIFLOWER FRITTERS


Enough cauliflowers,cut into pieces

For the batter
120gm plain flour
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
A pinch of pepper
Salt and sugar to taste
150ml water or enough

Oil for deep frying

1. Combine batter ingredients well into a smooth batter.
2. Dip the cauliflower pieces into the batter then deep-fry in the hot oil until golden brown. Remove and drain from the oil. Serve with cilli sauce.
