MOIST PANDAN CAKE


MOIST PANDAN CAKE
 
90 gm butter
 
180 gm castor sugar
 
100 gm beaten eggs
 
150 gm superfine
 flour*
 
1/2 unlevelled tsp baking powder*
 
1/2 unlevelled tsp baking soda*
 
5 pandan leaves sliced finely and blend to get juice mix with
water to get 1/2 cup pandan juice
 
1/2 tsp green food colouring mix with the pandan juice
 
Sift together*
 
Greased and line a 15cm round cake tin
 
 
1. Beat the sugar and butter until light.  Beat in the beaten eggs in 2 batches beat well.
 
2. Fold in (don't use the beater use a whisk ) flour little by little alternate with the pandan juice.
pour in the prepared tin and.
 
3. Bake in preheated oven 160c until done.

  2. Hi,no it is not cake flour but you can replace it with plain flour.
