200gm glutinous rice flour | for a moment

40gm rice flour | for a moment

35gm corn flour | for a moment

100gm of sugar

1750 ml of water

75ml full cream milk

2 tablespoons of butter

1/2 teaspoon fine salt

Yellow and red dyes

CORE INGREDIENTS:

80gm peanuts

30 gm of granulated sugar

3 tablespoons of cooking water

HOW TO COOK:

Put glutinous rice flour in a mixing bowl with rice flour and butter.

Mix well. Mix sugar, salt, milk and water, dissolve together.

Then pour it into a bowl filled with the flour mixture.

Mix well until it becomes a soft dough (not too runny or hard).

Then divide the mixture into three parts.

Each part is colored with green, yellow and red.

Mix well so that the mixture is combined.

Then steam for 25-30 minutes in a preheated steamer.

After cooking let it cool a little.

Fry peanut sprouts that have been skinned.

Then mash or grind coarsely.

Dissolve sugar with warm water. Then pour the sugar water in the bean bowl.

Mix well until combined. Set aside.

How to Enter Core:

Take three spoonfuls of the Mochi skin mixture and spread it on the hands that have been coated with cornstarch.

Then put 1 tablespoon of peanut filling in the middle.

Then wrap the core until it becomes a round shape.

Then roll it on the corn flour that has been sifted.

Mochi cakes are ready to be served.
