VAZHAKKAI FRIED WITH COCONUT
4 raw banana, remove only the green part only. and cut into small cube. as soon as you cut fried it in hot oil till light brown. so that the banana will not turn into black color you know what I mean.
150 gm grated coconut
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp ulutham paruppu
1 medium size onion,finely sliced
3-4 dry chilie, broken into pieces
Karileaves
3/4 cup water
1 tsp sugar, don't add more.
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Heat the oil and when the is hot add in the seeds. Then add in the onion and dry chille stir fry. Then add in kari leaves and water add in the salt and sugar mix well. When the water boils add in the fried banana mix well till dry then add in the coconut. Mix and stir fry. Remove from heat
