JACKFRUIT VADAI

 500 gm jackfruit, this is weight after  clean and cut into medium size pieces and boil till haft cook.

½ cup kadalai paruppu flour

1 big onion, finely sliced

2-3 green chilie, finely sliced

4 chillie padi, sliced

3 stalk kari leaves,finely sliced

1 tbsp fennel seeds, lightly pounded

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp sugar

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

1.          Chopped the jackfruit into small pieces. Then in a bowl mix all the ingredients’ expect the oil.

2.          Mix well then shape into vadai and put in a tray. Heat the oil and fry the vadai till cooked.
