BITTER GOURD FRIED WITH ANCHOVIES


250gm bitter gourd,sliced thinly

50gm anchovies,Add in more if you like

1 tbsp oysters sauce

1 medium onion,sliced finely

1-2 red chilis,sliced finely

2 garlic,pound coarsely

1/3 cup water,more or less

2 tbsp oil

Sugar to taste

Salt if needed

1. Heat the oil and add in the onion,garlic ,chili and the anchovies fry until fragrant.

2. Add in the sauce and stir well, add in the bitter gourd,sugar and water cover and cook until the bitter gourd is cooked. add more water if needed. Remove from the heat. And serve
.
