FRENCH BEANS WITH EGGS

FRENCH BEANS WITH EGGS

250gm french beans,sliced

2 eggs,beaten

20gm dry prawns,soaked and coarsely pound.optional

1 tbsp oyster sauce,optional

1 /2 cup water

Salt and a bit of sugar to taste

(A)

1 medium onion,finely sliced

1 red chili,finely sliced

2 garlic,finely chopped

2 tbsp oil

1. Heat the oil and add A fry until fragrant and in the dry prawns if using stir fry well.

2. Add in the sauce,salt and sugar stir well. Add in the beans and stir well. Add in the water and let it cook.

3 . When the water dries up add in the eggs and stir fry until the eggs are cooked. Remove from the heat. Serve with rice.
