SQUID SAMBAL
1 big tin squid,drain and cut the squid into small pieces,safe the water.
1 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp tamarind juice
5 tbsp oil
Don't add any salt or sugar.
Grind into a paste
10 shallots
20 dried chili,remove the seeds and soaked
3 lemon grass
1. Heat the oil and add in the grind paste and chili powder and fry until the oil rise.
2. Add in the squid,tamarind juice and squid water and stir well. Let it cook until the oil rise and thick.
Serve with nasi lemak or rice.
