RED BEAN PORRIDGE
250 gm red bean,soaked overnight
100 gm sago.if you like
1 cup thick coconut milk
2 pandan leaves,knotted
Sugar to your taste
Salt
2.5 litre water
1. Boil the red bean with water until very soft,add in the pandan leaves,sugar,salt and sago.
2. Cooked until the sago turns translucent. Add in the coconut milk. And stir well. Let it boil for a while. Remove from the heat and serve hot or cold.
