CAULIFLOWER PAKODA
400 gm cauliflowers,cut into florets
1 cup besan flour
2 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp fennel
A pinch of baking powder
A pinch of asafoetida
Salt to taste
Water
1. Mix all the ingredients with enough water to make a batter.
2. Heat oil and dip the cauliflowers in the batter and fry in the hot oil until crispy.
