KAM HEONG VEGETARIAN CHICKEN
500 gm vegetarian chicken,sliced into 2
and lightly fry and keep it aside.
3 tbsp oil
3 stalk kari leaves
2 tbsp meat curry powder
1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
5 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1 tbsp thick sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
Some chopped chili padi or red chili if you like it hot.
Some sesame seeds for garnishing
1. Heat oil and add in the garlic and karileaves. Fry until light brown add in the rest of the ingredients and a little water stir fry until the oil rise.
2. Add in the chicken and stir fry until well mix. Remove from the heat. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Serve hot with rice.
NOTE: This dish may taste a bit salty,but that's
the way I like it.
