CASHEWNUT
CHICKEN
500 gm
chicken,cut into small pieces.
150 gm
cashewnuts,fry till light brown and keep aside
3
garlic,chopped
20 dry
chilies,cut into pieces
¼ cup water
2 tbsp oil
Marinated
(A)
1 tsp light
soy sauce
1 tsp oyster
sauces
1 tsp ginger
juice
½ tsp sesame
oil
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp water
2 tsp corn
flour
Combine
together in a bowl (B)
1 tsp light
soy sauce
1 tsp ginger
juice
1 tbsp
Worcestershire’s sauce
1 tsp sesame
oil
1 tbsp thick
soy sauce
2 tsp sugar

Marinated
the chicken pieces for ½ hour with A.

Heat
the oil and add in the chopped garlic and fry light brown add in the dry
chilies and fry well.

Add
in the chicken and B mix well and pour
in the water mix well and cover the pan and cook till the chicken is cooked.
4.
Add
in the nuts and mix well. Serve hot with rice
