DONUTS
Ingredients:
1 cup wheat
flour (I used a metric cup)
1 egg
1 teaspoon
yeast (KFC spoon)
½ teaspoon
baking powder
1 tablespoon of
sugar
¼ cup warm
water
½ tablespoon
margarine
1. Mix all ingredients except margarine. Mix and knead
for a while.
2. Then just add the margarine. If the dough is sticky,
add in 2 tablespoons of flour. Continue kneading until the dough is smooth.
3. Marinate for 1 hour.
4. After the marinade is ready, divide it into 8/10 small
parts. Shape into a round shape and flatten. Make a hole in the middle.
5. Marinate another 30 minutes. Then ready to fry
