UPPU CHICKEN
500 gm boneless chicken, cut into pieces
1 big onion, sliced
5 dry chilies, broken into pieces
2 stalk kari leafs
1 tsp fennel
1 tsp salt, or to your taste
3 tbsp oil
Grind all the below ingredients into a paste
5 small onions, sliced
5 garlic, sliced
1 inch ginger, chopped
1 tsp fennel
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp garam masala
1. Heat pan and add in the oil . when the oil is hot add in the fennel seeds fry . Then add in the grind paste and fry till the raw smell disappear.
2. Add in the onion,dry chilies,salt and the kari leafs mix well. then add in the chicken. mix well and stir fry . then add in ½ cup water mix well. Cover the pan and cook till the water dries up . stir well and remove from the heat. serve hot with rice.
