350gm fish (any fish you like) clean and fry
1 tomato,sliced
2 tbsp thick sweet soy sauce
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp sugar,if you like
1 cup water
Salt to taste

3 tbsp oil
2 big onion,sliced
3 green or red chilli,sliced
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1. Heat the oil and fry A till fragrant add the soy sauce,tomato,chilli powder,sugar and water let it boil.
2. Add in the fish and cook till the gravy is thick.
