1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 stalk kari leaves
1/2 tsp sugar
1/3 cup coconut milk
5-6 tbps oil
Salt to taste
Grind to a paste
15 dried chilli,remove seeds and soaked
9 shallots
1 stalk serai
2cm belacan
1 tomato
1 cube ikan billis stock,If you like
1. Heat oil and add the mustard seeds, kari leafs and grind paste. fry till the oil rise.
2. Add the santan,salt and sugar stir fry till the oil rise addin the fish and mix well. remove from the heat.
