EGGS SAMBAL



5 eggs,boil and remove skin,fry till light brown
4 tbsp oil
2 stalk kari leaves
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tbsp thick tamarind juice
Salt and sugar to taste
Grind to a paste
10 dried chilli,remove seeds and soaked
1 big onion
2 garlic
1 Heat oil and add the,mustard seed,kari leaves and grind paste, fry until the oil rise.Add the tamarind juice
and the salt and sugar.
2. Add the eggs mix well,remove from the heat.Serve with rice
