CRAB CURRY



5 crab,clean and cut.
1 big tomato,cut into wedges
500ml coconut milk
40gm meat curry powder,mix with water to a paste
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
Salt to taste

For tempering(A)

1 big onion,finely sliced
2 stalk kari leafs
1 stick cinnamon
2 star anise
5 tbsp oil

1. Heat oil and add in A and fry until fragrant and when the onion turn brown add in the garlic and ginger paste and fry.
2. Add in the curry paste and chilli powder mix well add the tomato and the crab mix well. Add in the coconut milk and stir well.
3. Let it simmer until the carb is cooked. Serve with rice.
