150gm freshly grated coconut
150gm sugar,more or less to your taste
Salt to taste
Mix all the above ingredients and shape into balls.
For the batter
200gm plain flour
50gm rice flour
350ml water,more or less
Oil for frying
1. Combine all the ingredients except oil,to form a thick batter.
2. Heat oil. Dip the tapioca balls in the batter and fry till golden brown.
