For the filling
1 cup green bean, soaked for 5 hours,boil until soft and moist
1 cup coconut,roasted
105 gm sugar
6-7 cardamons,remove skin and ground
1/4 tsp dry ginger powder(Suku)
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients together when the beans are still hot, Cool and make into small balls.
For the batter
(A)
200gm plain flour
2 tbsp urad dhal flour
2 tbsp rice flour
125ml water,more or less
1/3 turmeric powder, (I didn't use)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Mix all the ingredients together. Heat oil, dip the green beans ball in the batter and fry in the hot oil until light brown colour. Drain and serve.
