CARROT SALAD

CARROT SALAD


400gm carrot,shredded


2 big onions,finely sliced
or 8 shallots,finely sliced


4 green or red chilies,finely sliced


4 tbsp white vinegar or lime juice or to taste.


Sugar to taste


Salt to taste


Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve.
