TEMPEH FRIED RICE

TEMPEH FRIED RICE


200gm rice

200gm tempeh,cut into cubes and fried

20gm dried prawn,soaked and pounded

1 tbsp oyster sauce

5 tbsp water

Salt to taste

(A)

1 big onion,sliced finely

2 garlic,pounded

2 chili,sliced

2-3 tbsp oil

1. Heat the oil and add in A. Fry until fragrant. Add in dried prawns,oyster sauce,tempeh,salt and water.

2. Stir well and add in the rice stir fry until dry. Serve.
