SOY SAUCE TAU FOO
6 tau foo,fried and cut into haft.
1/2 cup water
(A)
2 green or red chilis,sliced
2 big onions,sliced
2 garlic,pounded
2cm ginger,pounded
(B)
1-2 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tbsp thick sweet soy sauce
Salt and sugar to taste
2-3 tbsp oil
1. Heat the oil and fry A until fragrant and add in B, Stir well.
2. Add in the water and let it boil, add the tau foo and stir well. Cook until dry.
