FRIED COCKLE
250gm cockle after boiling and removing the shells, wash with water 2 times
250gm potatoes,boil until cook and remove the skin.and cut into cube
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 cup water
Salt to taste
For tempering
1 onion,finely sliced
2cm ginger,pounded
3 garlic,pounded
3 star aniseed
1-2 stick cinnamon
2 stalk kari leafs
4 tbsp oil
1. Heat the add the cinnamon,star aniseed and onion and fry until the onion turn light brown. Add in the garlic and ginger fry until the raw smell disappear.
2. Add in the chili powder and coriander powder. And add a little water and stir fry until the oil rise. Add in the cockle, potatoes and the water stir well and cook until dry.
