MASALA PRAWNS

MASALA PRAWN

300gm prawn,remove skin
150gm potatoes,boil until cooked remove skin cut into cubes
1 tomato,chopped
1 tbsp meat curry powder
1/2 tbsp cilli powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
2-3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
For tempering
(A)
1 big onion,finely sliced
2 stalk kari leaves
2 stick Cinnamon
2 star anise
(B)
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste

1. Heat oil and add A fry until the onion turn light brown and fragrant. Add the paste and a little water fry until the oil rise.
2. Add the curry powder and the cilli powder with a little water stir fry until the oil rise. Add in the tomato,salt and coconut milk. Let it boil then add the potatoes and the prawns. Stir fry until thick and the prawn is cooked.
