BANANA FLOWER SALAD

BANANA FLOWER SALAD

200gm banana flower,the white part only,boil until cook  squeeze out the water and cut finely

150gm prawn,boil until cooked remove skin.

20gm carrot,shredded

10gm bunga kantan,finely sliced

1 big onion,finely sliced

1 red chili finely sliced

1 green chili finely sliced

10gm kerisik

30gm peanut,ground coarsely

Sambal belacan to your taste

Lime juice to your taste

Salt and sugar to your taste

Mix all the ingredients in bowl. And serve.
