FRIED LONG BEANS
200 gm long beans, sliced
2 eggs,slightly beaten
1 tsp sugar
1-2 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 cup water
Salt if necessary because the soy sauce is already salty.
2-3 tbsp oil
1 onion,sliced
2 garlic,chopped
1 red chili, sliced,optional
1. Heat the oil and add in the onions,garlic and chili, Fry until fragrant. Add in the long beans and mix well.
2. Add in the water and let it cook until the water dries. Add in the sugar and stir well. Add in the eggs and let it cook a bit before you stir add in the soy sauce. And mix well. Check the taste before you add in the salt. Remove from the heat.
