BAKE MACARONI

 
 
 
 


BAKE MACARONI

200 gm macaroni,boil until cooked and sieve.

120 gm minced chicken

200 gm frozen mix vegetable

2 big onion,sliced finely

1 tbsp garlic paste

1 tbsp ginger paste

2 stalk kari leaves,finely sliced

11/2 tbsp meat curry powder

1 tsp garam masala

1 cube chicken stock

300 ml milk

8 small eggs

Salt to taste

Enough grated cheese

Chili sauce

Spring onions

Oil

1. Heat oil and fry onion until fragrant. Add in the garlic,kari leaves and ginger paste fry until the raw smell disappear. Add in the kari powder,garam masala and the chicken cube stir well and add in a little water and cook until the oil rise.

2. Add in the minced chicken and mix vegetable and salt and mix well and cook until the chicken turn white. Add the boiled macaroni and mix well. Pour this in a pyrex dish.

3. In a bowl beat the milk and eggs until well mix. Pour this evenly over the macaroni. Top with grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven 180c for 45 mins or until cook.

4. Decorate with chili sauce and spring onion. Sliced and serve.
